Indian Ridge Real Estate Information

About:

Indian Ridge is made up of both vacation rentals and permanent residences. The location could not be better, being only 3 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. Restaurants and shopping are all close by for easy access to everything you need.

The community will appeal to those potential real estate buyers who are looking for a great location, are looking to pay a little less money for their home and are not necessarily focused on rental income. This community is ideal for a true 2nd home. It is not gated and has few amenities making the HOA fees much lower. Because of its good location, it will obtain bookings from vacationers but the rates will be less than that of better amenatized resorts.

A couple of features that stand out at Indian Ridge are the miles of walking paths along with two very large parks that anchor the front and back of the community. Over 20% of Indian Ridge is dedicated to shared park land. The first park has a large volleyball court that backs up against a baseball diamond and a football field. Here you will also find a basketball court, horseshoe pit and shuffleboard. Cement jogging paths circle the entire park. The second park is also conveniently located with the main attraction being a children’s play set and shaded picnic area – children can enjoy one of the largest playgrounds in western Osceola County. Other features of Indian Ridge include tennis courts and a large community pool.
